The Summer Chaser beach towel range is designed with versatility in mind, as sustainability also means doing more with fewer possessions. Our full-sized towels are perfect for beach days as well as yoga sessions. These towels are super-absorbent, quick-drying, sand resistant and slip-proof, making them multifunctional companions at a yoga studio, beach or swimming pool.
Our eco-friendly beach towels are extra-long - 180 x 76 cm - and are longer than other towels on the market. That means you can lay down in full, whether that's for a downward dog or to keep your body off the sand.
The beach towel features a secret stash pocket where you can keep your phone, coins and keys handy at the beach and during yoga class. It also comes in a matching bag, so it's easy to carry wherever you go.
As well as beach towels, The Summer Chaser offers Ultralight Travel Towels and Fitness Towels.
The Ultralight Travel towel range is designed for outdoor activities when luggage space is limited. Measuring at 132 x 76 cm and weighing around 200 g, these towels are smaller and lighter than our beach towels. Compact, ultra-absorbing, quick-drying, and sand- and odour-resistant, the towels are ideal for hiking, camping, backpacking and travel. The patterns are inspired by adventure and the spirit of the great outdoors.
The Fitness towel range is designed for gym and workouts. Measuring at 45 x 76 cm, it is perfect for wiping the sweat off your face and body and placing it on the floor or the gym equipment. The recycled microfiber fabric is super-absorbent, quick-drying and gentle on your skin. It is also resistant to the growth of bacteria, so your towel does not develop a musty smell in your gym bag. The Fitness towel comes with a handy zip pocket to keep your phone, wallet, car keys or earbuds. The patterns feature motivational designs and slogans to keep you moving.

The Summer Chaser eco-friendly beach towels are manufactured using revolutionary fabric that supports the removal and recycling of post-consumer plastic waste from the environment.
About 85% of the fibre content in our towels consists of PET (polyethylene terephthalate) waste, such as single-use plastic bottles and food containers. The waste that could have ended up in the landfill, or worse, in our oceans, can now serve you for years in the form of a beautiful towel.
By choosing recycled materials, we make the most out of the resources we already have. Our recycled yarn is certified by the Global Recycled Standard and tested for harmful substances by the Oeko-Tex Standard guidelines for textiles production.
Turning trash into treasure cleans our planet, weakens dependence on petroleum, saves water and energy, and vastly reduces carbon emissions.
The safety of our towels is our top priority. The methods used in the production of recycled yarns are safe for the environment, the factory workers and the end-user. The Summer Chaser sustainable beach towels are Australian-designed and made in China by the industry's leading manufacturers.
The innovative fabric is manufactured in Quanzhou by a facility with the production capacity of the whole industrial chain from bottle sorting, cleaning, shredding, melting to yarn spinning and fabric weaving. The company adheres to low carbon production and resource regeneration. The factory complies with European Union ROHS, EN71, REACH standard, and passes the Chinese environment mark product certification, ISO9001, ISO14001 certification. The factory is certified under the Global Recycled Standard that ensures responsible social and environmental processing requirements and chemical restrictions. The recycled yarns are also tested for harmful substances by OekoTex Standard 100.
The printing and assembly facility is located in Guangzhou, 700 km away from the textile manufacturer. It is a family-run business that produces for many renowned brands, and we are honoured to work with them. Their highly-skilled team uses low-impact sublimation printing and assembles sustainable beach towels by hand. Beyond their skill, we are grateful to have partners who understand our values and share our commitment to quality.
