Once we receive your order, we start working on it right away! All orders are subject to verification and approval and may take up to 72 business hours to process before shipping. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm AEDT, Saturday or Sunday will be processed by our warehouse the following business day.

Sometimes we run 'automatic' deals or promotions on our site. That means that an automatic promo code is added at checkout when your purchase meets the requirements. In this case, you will not be able to add another promo code on top of that, as only one promo code is allowed at a time. If your code offers a better value, you'll have to wait for the automatic deal to end before trying to place the order again.
